National environmental and facilities provider Assist Group have opened the Assist Hub at Mere Grange in St Helens. Following record growth with new and existing clients, the hub will provide a 24-hour support and response service to the Groups customers as well as hosting a range of back office services which will support their nationally based teams delivering key front-line services.
Dave Dargan CEO commented “Our central offices have been in St Helens since 2010 as well as a large regional operations centre in nearby Eccleston, we are really pleased that we have been able to select a suitable location for our Assist Hub within St Helens and to continue to create jobs and invest in the local community. The Hub will be focused on providing industry leading customer care and responsive services for our customers as well as working to support our people across the UK and Ireland in delivering great services.”
To celebrate the launch of the hub, the team enjoyed a buffet and a glass of fizz as Dave Dargan welcomed everyone into the office.
