Assist acquire Eurotree

National support services business Assist Solutions Group (Assist) has completed the acquisition of Eurotree Services Limited (EuroTree) a North West based provider of arboriculture services to local authority and utility sectors.

 

 

 

Founded in 2002, Assist has become one of the most recognised providers across the UK specialising in environmental services, building cleaning, weed control and landscape maintenance and arboriculture services. Assist provide solutions to a wide range of customers across social housing, local authority, defence and the private sector. Earlier this month Assist also acquired Rainford Contracting Services Limited, a specialist landscape and fine turf maintenance provider.

 

Assist will consolidate all of their arboriculture activity into a newly formed division branded Assist-EuroTree which will now provide these specialist services to a national customer base.

Due diligence was provided by Mark Bringloe of Cowgill Holloway and Assist received legal advice from Peter Bibby of AB Corporate who has previously advised on several transactions for the Assist team. 

 

James Robinson of Benchmark International and Emma Lewis of Rawlinson’s Solicitors provided l support to Simon Walton and David Gilbert of EuroTree.
