An opportunity has arisen to join our exciting and dynamic team as a Business Administrator based in St Helens, Liverpool.

Permanent, Part-time

£9.00 per hour

Assist require a business administrator to join our team in St Helens to support the Field Sales Manager.  Assist seek a highly motivated, ambitious and driven individual who is able to deliver great results and fit into the ‘We are Assist’ culture.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercial support

  • Administrative support

  • Process quotations

  • Complete weekly reports

  • Daily tracking of jobs and advising clients of progress​

  • Invoicing

  • Upkeeping of personnel and training files

  • General supplier/customer support​

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office skills and email.

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Previous admin experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Part-time role, 20 hours per week ​
